Yes you can wash it in a soft padded laundry bag (wel protected). However, choose a low temperature and a natural detergent if any.

Does the color of the bracelet change?
When worn day in day out the colors of the macrame can fade slightly.
Is it one size fits all?
Strangely enough most men and women have similar size wrists. For men this is 20cm and women 17cm.
